Back to Business Post COVID-19 blog

Hi Everyone!

We are back at work treating patients in the office and doing procedures at the Ambulatory Surgery Center.

It’s been quite a transition in order to comply with the new regulations regarding COVID-19. Patients seem to love it as they’re in and out with minimal wait time. Wearing a mask is a bit of an inconvenience, but patients remove their own when we examine and treat them.

We’re also back doing surgery consultations, as some patients are eager to have a procedure done now, while others looking to the fall.

Mostly, it’s just good to be back. We all have smiles on our faces as we greet old friends we haven’t seen for too long. While there’s a sense of nostalgia for pre-COVID times, we are embracing the new “normal” and welcoming the opportunity to care for patients again. Patients, both old and new, seem ready to move on as well. I think we’re all looking for a degree of “rebirth” after the past few months, and we’re excited to be able to play our small part in the process.
