End every one we're very happy with results. So one day I was looking at my pictures and realized that I don't look like myself anymore because of amount off fillers I got . When I spoke with doctor I knew I made a right decision. He created plan to dissolve all my fillers and made appointment for mini facelift and lowered Eyelied surgery. And the result is amazing. "A face lift is costly surgery, but Dr. Brackup is an expert and an artist, and he was worth every penny spent for his October 2019 work. He and his assistant Stacy prepared me well for the pain and slow recovery to come--though neither was as bad as they could have been. I followed up the surgery about six weeks later with injections to address forehead lines, crow's feet and some other areas not touched by the surgery. Recently, one work colleague--unaware of the surgery--stood at my desk for several minutes raving over how healthy, younger and happy I look. Another colleague stopped me on a staircase to praise my rejuvenated appearance. More important, I feel better. Moving forward in my sixties, I know I have taken what steps I could to reduce the effects of aging on my face, and bring my appearance more in line with the physically fit and trim person I long have been. There is the ongoing cost of injections, alas. But unquestionably, I feel quite fortunate to have met Dr. Brackup!"- A.S. / Yelp / Jan 29, 2020
Hair transplantation is a process in which hair is taken from the back of the head and replaced in areas where hair loss has occurred. FUE uses a special technology that is able to quickly and painlessly remove the hair follicles from the back of the head and implant them to balding areas. FUE uses a controlled pneumatic pressure to slide out the graft smoothly, so there is no pulling or twisting, which can risk damaging the graft. Because the FUE transplant is faster than other out of date methods, the grafts can be re-implanted sooner which keeps them more robust, increasing the success of the grafting process. However, some patients may be better candidates for the FUT or strip hair transplant method. FUT removes and transplants several hair follicles at once for a shorter procedure.
What To expect
During FUE surgery, the machine grafts a few hair follicles. These will then be transplanted into the area of balding. A session can last up to 3 hours. After the procedure, the patient’s head will be thoroughly rinsed and a protective cream will be applied to the scalp. Rigid instructions about taking care of the grafts will be provided. It is normal to experience a slight pain and tenderness for the first few days following the procedure. The patient must refrain from physical activities to avoid additional swelling of the forehead. Make sure that no pressure is put on or around the treated area to avoid complications.

Hair Transplant Surgery FAQs
The science behind hair grafting has been simplified over the years. Hair follicles are taken from the hair at the back of the head that is genetically programmed to continue to grow. The follicles that hold the transplanted hair are living tissues that grow cyclically. Like normal hair growth, transplantation is an ongoing process that requires a commitment of time. Once the hair follicle has been implanted into the balding area, the grafted hair will stay in place for about 2 – 3 weeks before shedding. After shedding, the new growth will begin in 3 – 4 months; this is normal and an important part of the new hair growth process. After that time period, the hair will continue to grow normally and the results will look healthy and natural.
Another popular method for hair growth is called the strip method. There is no significant difference when it comes to the results by using FUE or FUT (strip). Both methods implement different levels of invasiveness and the noticeable size of the area from where hair is grafted. In terms of the quality of results, hair growth will be evident from either FUE or FUT approach. We will discuss all possible options during the initial assessment.
During the initial consultation, the scalp will be assessed to make sure the patient is a candidate for hair transplant surgery. Candidates for hair restoration surgery are those individuals with hair loss that have sufficient donor hair on the back of the scalp to transplant into the frontal balding areas. The best candidates are those men and women with only frontal or partial hair loss and with adequate donor hair.
