Skin Care

Under the guidance of our medical aesthetician, Christina Morsberger, we offer the most advanced techniques of  microdermabrasion and chemical peels.  Using these procedures, we can reduce fine wrinkles and acne scars, decrease age spots and rejuvenate flaking skin, while at the same time stimulating the production of fresh young cells and collagen.  Improvement in the appearance of your skin is just around the corner!

All procedures are performed in our office on the conveniently located campus of St. Mary Medical Center, located in the heart of picturesque Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

In-office procedures should be combined with excellent skin care products to be used at home.  We offer a complete line of physician-grade products for your your home skin care maintenance regimen.

Microdermabrasion

A non-surgical procedure for safe, even exfoliation of the epidermis (the thin outer layer of the skin).  A stream of fine crystals is passed over the skin, resurfacing the superficial layers.  Fresh, new skin cells arise revealing a smoother, younger, more radiant complexion.  It is appropriate for anyone interested in minimizing the appearance of scarring, fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation problems, uneven skin tones, or dull, lifeless, sun-damaged skin.

Glycolic Peels

A rejuvenating and exfoliating peel derived from nature's own sugarcane.  Glycolic peels dramatically improve the skin's texture by their smoothing and firming action.  Fine lines are reduced, sun-damaged skin is exfoliated, and blackheads and whiteheads are lifted from beneath the surface of the skin.

Salicylic Peels

Originally extracted from the willow bark, salicylic acid is antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, and as a result, works well for the treatment of acne.  It is also effective in the treament of mild acne-associated rosacea.

Vitamin C Peels

This all-natural peel adds smoothness and tone to even the most sensitive skin.  Vitamin C is essential to the formation of collagen, a protein which contributes to skin tone and resiliency.  Vitamin C also combats free radicals created by sources such as ultraviolet sunlight which contribute to premature aging.  This extremely gentle peel allows the skin to absorb a high concentration of Vitamin C, providing a smooth complexion and natural protection from free radicals.
